Making the wrong decision can be costly with time and money. If you are on a tight budget let's redesign your interior by using what you already have. You can have us over for an hour to get some ideas or you can send us shopping so you come home to a newly designed space. It's your call!

Fee: $65 an hour

Use what you already have! It is that easy and affordable. We begin by understanding your wants and needs to design a room just for you. Next, we shop your home to find anything that may work well with the space. We then clear out your room and in a strategic order bring items back in to fit your space.

Fee: $65 per hour, minimum 1 hour. A large room generally takes 1 ½ to 2 hours.

We will depersonalize your home so the buyer can picture it as their own.

  We will walk you through your home and explain in detail what you can do to improve the successful sale of your home. You will be provided with a list of tasks from sprucing up your curb appeal to reorganizing your pantry.
  
  Fee: $65/hr generally 1-2 hours
  
  
• Staging
  
  We will physically transform the furniture and accessory layout of your home. This generally involves “de-cluttering” so the potential buyer can see everything your home has to offer.
  
  Fee: $65 an hour, minimum 1 hour. This generally takes between 3-5 hours for the main rooms.
  
  
• Vacant Staging
  
  Potential buyers cannot visualize an empty space. Not only will your home appear cold and empty, if left vacant, but it will feel smaller than it really is. With our extensive inventory of furniture and accessories we have everything needed to create a welcoming first impression.
  
  Fee: Because there are many types of needs and budgets, please call for pricing.

Moving can be very stressful. We can take some of that stress away. Whether it is organizing your kitchen or properly placing your furniture, if it is related to design we can handle it.

Fee: $65 an hour
 

To our amazement not everyone likes to go shopping. Whether you're pressed for time, don't have "the eye", or just flat out hate to shop, we are here for you. Together we'll come up with the shopping list. We can shop with you or go off bargain hunting on our own. Either way, it's going to feel like Christmas when we get all the fantastic finds into your space. If there's something not suitable for your home- no worries, it's returnable.
